Brief:
This was the third project that we have worked on with these clients, who like to change the design of their website on a regular basis to keep it fresh and ahead of the competition. They chose to take advantage of new web technology to streamline the process of updating the content of their website, in their case specifications and photographs of their vehicles. Their turnover of stock is rapid, so this used to be a lengthy process.

With the latest version of their website we integrated a custom content management system, which they access securely using a standard web browser. Using a system of templates designed specifically for them, they can add data for several vehicles - and accompanying images - in a fraction of the time that it previously took. In addition, they no longer need to run separate software as the CMS framework does the processing for them. So simple is their user interface that an operational training session was not required. They were able to learn how to add records within one hour.
